Pleases answer BOTH of the following sections below:
Section A: Bucket List
At the end of our lives we often will look back and reflect on what we have done with them. I’d like you to reflect on and think about what you’d like to include on your bucket list. A bucket list contains events, things you’d like to do, or experiences that you’d like to have before you die.

Section B: Life Review
The elderly (or others) can impart valuable knowledge. Often we think of questions that we would have liked to have asked important people in our lives only after they are no longer with us. Consider at least one person in your life that you value. (NOTE: It can be an individual who is not yet elderly, but could be one day for example, or it could be a child. It can also be a biological or non-biological family member or friend).
NOTE: If you have multiple people that you’d like information from, you can describe the person when discussing that individual information item.
